In TN where I live, the kids have their school work on the TV local channels, part has to be recorded because its in the middle of the night, but they do have 4 hours during the daytime hours live.

I would also suggest the cap above which the tenant pays for a future lease.not necessarily (especially if the house is old/inadequately insulated). good luck trying to cool the place from 80 to 74 when it's still high 90s at night after 100+ day time temps.

That's completely legal and they have to allow it.For the Tenant that refuses to communicate, I would post a notice on their door with the day/time you will be there.
