Hey Staton,I use Guesty for Hosts and can't say I've had as many problems. 

We have been hosting for several years and have had a great experience.

If you open up the schedule and another guest books, then I agree with @Chris Seveney that a credit (assuming the new booking is at a discounted nightly rate) would be more than generous and also lets her know that you are a reasonable host if she does decide to book again in the future.It just feels odd that she would be contacting you the day of check-in to cancel due to the weather, when she could have communicated this days ago.

I don't see any way that you run out of money co-hosting.

@Mikhail Matorra If you’re looking for a property manager for your Airbnb, I would look at other Airbnb hosts in the area where your property is and ask them if they would manage your property as a “co-host.”

Most PMCs now store docs in the cloud: Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive and others.There are other options that promise higher security, but it all goes back to how secure YOUR access is.Can someone log into your computer or use it while unattended?

Hi Ian,In a recent episode of the BP podcast I heard saying one of the host (I don't recall who was), that he started making a deal with an investor with no money but he will do all the work.
