I've been at two other brokerages and interviewed many others and the main/biggest difference I see is the "Culture".

What are the thoughts on acquiring low cost/section 8 REI to buy/hold  as the crime, culture, and policy shifts?

This does create a negative impression of the U.S. when someone first lands here although, after being here for a while, you realize that this style of speech seems harmless for the most part and could just be a cultural thing.b) The bigger puzzle for me is why politicians and the media overwhelmingly portray the police as wonderful people who sacrifice so much for society, etc.

I can't tell you how many times I've gone to a rental house only to hear the smoke detectors beeping like a Chinese water torture because the they're too lazy to change the batteries.

Ethan Perry it is my understanding that it is really Chinese cabinets with the attempt to market it as made in the USA (simply assembled in the USA).

It was like reading Chinese for a guy that only reads English.  

There are a lot of cultural nuances that would come into play as well.
