Everyone has to eat and people are much more likely to agree to have a meeting with you over burgers as opposed to someone who wants to meet in their office to ask a million questions. 

There's a local meetup on the 4th Monday of every month in Marysville @ the Bob's burgers @ 7PM through the Cascadia Investors Alliance.

I plan on attending the Cascadia North End meeting on Monday the 25th at Marysville Bob's burgers @ 7 (If they are still hosting the North end events) so hopefully I will see all of you there!

Nothing like a cool extra to drive business.I would do a real mix of burgers, sausage, etc but include some ribs (both pork and beef) and maybe some steaks.I would go to Costco and look at bulk meat or a good local butcher.

I have no idea what it would be.You aren't going to get the 2% rule really anywhere right now.

I having a sliding ruler for many things but two are almost absolute judgements:  1) No Evictions.

Have someone do a walk through with you holding a ruler, etc. so you can photograph the size of damages, holes, flooring scars, etc.

My opinion is that the money was spent (bought a burger) and forgot they broke a $100 bill, or forgot they made a purchase.
