Lesson learned.... the adapted to a changing local dynamic/economy.But if a local store has the best price I would rather go pick it up than order and wait for delivery for most items.Even computers, my last 3 laptops I bought at Best Buy.

As obstacles come up you must adapt your plan. 

It never hurts to have multiple strategies and you have to adapt to the current market conditions in your area.  

In fact, many IRA custodians and administrators have already adapted their accounting systems to offer online tools to accommodate the cash management side of the equation (rent collection, bill payment, etc.).

If the are good tenants, they will adapt well to our contract and management style.

Being able to adapt to an ever changing market is one of the greatest strengths any business can hope to have.

Invest in a market with the potential to offer future adaptations to my strategy (multi-family, commercial retail, etc.). 

Maybe you can adapt it.
