im looking for advice on financing a purchase. we were hoping to use as little of our money to buy a house and use the BRRR method.

I have mostly seen investors use DSCR loans once they have tapped out all of the traditional methods.

I don't know of any state in which you can get more bang for your buck in real estate investing at least if you are using the BRRR method.

Does anyone have a method or process that helps make this easy and quick to manage?

Are there any other loans or financing methods you could recommend?

The company that I've hired to do my direct mail does that very similar method with an envelope close to that size with a customized design on it.

I graduated from ECU in 1992, started a small business that has been open to the public in the same location for 32 years while slowly and methodically built this small RE retirement portfolio and with our last one set to graduate next year,  I'm ready to retire and relax. 

Too many con-artists which are using social media to lure in innocent people.I never raised outside capital; just used the BRRR method and multiplied from there. 

That's where you can take advantage of the BRRRR method and really grow your portfolio. 

At least with this method, you could also skip nasty HOA fees from condos.
