I'm an agent in South Florida, and an investor - here's what I see and what I know.I just sold an Airbnb for 1.3 million in West Palm.

Eg before the sun comes up (or when she goes to bed), closing all curtains or blinds in the east and south facing windows (and later on the west facing ones) to keep the sun out; opening windows once it has cooled down at night and early in the morning (eg before 8 am)? 

I don't much mind either way as long as the numbers work and the property is treated well.I've had decent luck in West Akron — once I got through the rehab headaches — but I have no footprint in Cleveland at all.

west coast is having issues.. 

Some of those investors also own beach properties on the east coast and are seeing good returns there as well.

I fund a ton of stuff in the mid west ( rehab houses ) for my clients and a lot of them come from wholesalers ..

The other thing I notice and this goes from East Coast to west coast northern border to southern border is the poor have an affinity for red or black gauze like curtains.

The one I personally manage in NE on the west side I never have any issues, different clientele.

This is not typical and is costly additional expense on the Texas Gulf Coast. 

Given that Brevard is not a populous one (particularly considering it is 70 miles tall), you might get more traction with "Brevard" or "Space Coast".
