There are definitely some hiccups with it being a small company, but I do have to say that their response time on tickets is really fast.  

I believe they are expressing their displeasure with the fact that I have not accommodated some of their recent requests that went far beyond the scope of what is required (like insisting a licensed electrician switch out a smoke detector when we could do it ourselves) and I had to set some boundaries after years of high maintenance for them.

The house is currently under management so I’d think they’d take care of getting top market rent but I think we all know that management companies can be hit or miss.

Judge still gives seller another 90 days to file appeal or whatever.11. that time runs now title company wont insure until we give another 60 days.12. judge signs order and the 60 days the title company starts to run. 13.

Does anyone hear have any experience with either of these companies? 

It is not legitimate and I do not legally owe this balance, but have been unable to get it removed from my history unless I file suit against the company.

I have been on New Western's deal list as well as another bigger local company and everytime I underwrite these deals there is very very minimal left on the bone let alone contingency funds for going over budget on the flip...

ANY company or developer that has to give you a free flight, hotel or car stay WELL AWAY... they have to do that for  a reason as they dont have a good reputation locally.Happy to advise for anyone wanting further UAE knowledge on real estate.

Also, there is a need in the marketplace for a co-living PM company that doesn't charge too high of rate.
