Basically I'm paid to find and eliminate waste in processes both physical and digital so you can imagine how irritating hearing of Phillip's payment and mailing situation was for me... 

The current job I have has become toxic over the last 6 months and I have been offerend an opportunity to start my own business from family ( kind of like a franchise of a business they already are doing) which will then put me not as a W2 worker and I dont think I would qualify for the home.

Fear of missing out (FOMO) is one of the most toxic emotions with investing, sales, marketing, etc.

The tenants that are leaving are claiming it is a toxic situation (Have not claimed domestic abuse yet).

Really hate things got so toxic between us but learning experience for sure.

if you pulled your numbers off Redfin and other websites then there is an old saying, "the past is not an indication of the future" and since everything in real estate is like shooting at a moving target I personally find the numbers useless.Sorry, but I get irritated when people tell me they need  ONLY A CERTAIN AMOUNT of money to retire.

I had no specific goals or plan though, and instead stayed in a toxic work environment for the bulk of the great recession, and ultimately left disillusioned and burnt out. 

This is a toxic person who is harassing your other tenants.

This irritated me, but I was still the high bidder.
