About a year ago my brother was falling on hard times I've tried to help him with work too get him back on his feet. But he just seems content living with me with no responsibilities.. After months of telling him he needs to do something I finally had to file for eviction sense he won't leave.. Have court date this week if anyone has knowledge of what might happen please share with me.. This is in Kentucky... Thanks

@Scott Mac has a couple good suggestions. I like the getting others in the family involved, but your brother maybe already went that gambit.  Get him on food stamps (snap here: https://chfs.ky.gov/agencies/d... , even if you have to file for him as his advocate. Get him a PO BOX at the post office, even if you have to pay for it. I wouldn't put him in an elderly family members house, no, that won't end well. He can get a free phone the day he turns in the SNAP application https://www.feelsafewireless.c...     with the phone he could do odd jobs but he has to want to do that. Start with baby steps. Get his verbal permission to do the SNAP application.  Tell him when he is ready you will put some flyers up to do handyman jobs to contact his what they call "Obamaphone" no offense, nothing political there- it's just what they call the free phone. DM me his first name and I will continue to keep him in my prayers
