Anyone know a plumber in LA who does drains and clean out snaking?

We do everything except use a sewer snake to clean out clogged sewer lines. 

Avoid the snake oil salesmen and pay attention to those that are doing deals where you want to do deals.

A real Guru will get you by the hand and show you in real time how their snake oil will work.

My point in this is that since you’re young and don’t have 10s of thousands of dollars in the bank, it may be a good idea to be prepared to learn how to plunge a toilet (a toilet plunging company is $120-$175/hr) and a toilet snake is $15.

A simple snake out of a drain most times can result in the snake breaking through an already disintegrating cast iron pipe...as you try to replace the portion of the drain pipe (usually in the wall after you find it) you wonder how the water from 4 apartments drained through a 1/4" hole in a 2" pipe........I think you get the picture.

It could also be other animals such as a cat, snake or a pig for that matter.

@Adah N.HVAC is 10 years old, HWT is leased on a monthly basis, plumbing has been upgraded to copper, roof is 10 years old.The electrical was upgraded 20 years ago, it's out of date, but that does not mean it needs replacing in my scenario.The upcoming repair is the sewer main, it has multiple cracks, and needs annual snaking.

I also have a slow drain in my sink and bath tub I snaked it several times no result .
