I've seen fake alarm systems which basically are stickers, SIGNS "(This Property is Under Video Surveillance" etc), and even flashing red lights that are battery powered-battery powered alarms - they have these at harbor freight, you can put on windows and doors- they're powered by magnets --Does anyone have recommendations for better battery powered or simple DIY alarm systems?

Couple years ago on a rehab we were having trouble with vandals.We put in both covert and overt video recording devices and let the neighborhood know.The trouble stopped; although the vandals would march by and give the finger to the overt camera.

For the kitchen drain, you should pour a pot of boiling water down every couple of months to prevent grease buildup.If your problems have been ongoing, it may be a good idea to have them run a camera through the line to actually see what the issues are.

him: u had set up a mechanical inspection, but i had done that. looked at the plumbing, nothing had been done.me: i started with no pipes. now i at least have pipes. hard to believe nothing has been donehim: well, the basement bath is iligal, you have to remove it so i inspect the drain.me: not doing that. him: then get it video camera and show proof it's done rightme: what else?
