Ok get off my property...share your experiences
ahhh the life of a house flipper. It seems in each property I have owned it seems neighbors feel they are entitled to my property in some way or another. Literally in the last week I have dealt with the following:
Show up to check property ... A toilet, tv and stereo dumped there right on my front lawn. I guess neighbor out back who is a landlord was "cleaning out" one of their apartments.
Yesterday, I go to online newspaper. The editor of the newspaper who is a different neighbor-I see under the classified ads a picture of my porch and my live plants that she used in her newspaper without asking. When I ask her why she did this she said "well I'm a photographer and I like to take interesting pictures...I won't do that again.....
oh you really mean" I won't ever go on your property again"
