Thanks for the color all

While they always display your occupancy percentage for the next 10, 30, & 60 days, it now shows the market occupancy rate when you hover over it and colors the number based on your relationship to it.

I used "z flashing" and painted it the same color as the siding, no horizontal trim.

It's the words "DEBT FREE" with a bunch of lines through it, and you color in a line each time you hit a certain milestone.

Take the course and then do the cram tests at the end and you will pass the state test with flying colors.  

Like colors/furniture/lights/etc.

I personally have a small printed letter with a professional look to it, I handwrite the owner's name, address, and signature and mail them in a colorful envelope.Whatever you choose to do, as it's been said many times; be consistent and persistent.

The LVP is a different color than the carpet, so now I'm in the process of re-painting the inside of the house to match the new flooring.

Last floor we did very recently our two local Home Depot stores just had two boxes of the color we were using between them.
