Looking to make a dive into Real estate Investing ASAP, I am young but my credit is in the green I have 10k+ saved up I would like to know what would the next step be for some of you guys being in my shoes

If I were in your shoes, I would get a job, even if you are not crazy about it.

I made a mistake and stopped working to save will admitt I spend a bit heavy like most have fallen into the trap I have nice cars and a nice house in a nice neighborhood and my kids have nice shoes.

If you were in my shoes, would you invest in them? 

It might not be 2021 or 2022 but 2024 might be a different story.If I was in your shoe, I would cash out.

@Grey Drummonds I remember being in your shoes when I was getting started, and I ended up waiting almost five years to get started investing in RE.
