Professional sports usually equal money, which is a part of the real estate equation that a lot of people are missing.

Real Estate Investing is a team sport.  

They will pay on time and I'd imagine be fairly well behaved due to the involvement in the sports program- they won't want to risk their place on the team or scholarships.

Quality hotels, restaurants, sports teams and nightlife, because not every trip is all business and you need to enjoy time unwinding. 

Those are the first things to go (relative to a primary residence) along with the sports car sitting the garage.  

If the seller is wearing a shirt for a sports team, you can talk about how much you like that team too.
