Well, it wouldn’t change the Reality of the location, maybe just the Perception, before someone viewed it.....probably no value.

At the same time, it can lead you to build a perception of someone who might have posted habitually during those college days but hasn't used social media in recent years.I think reaching out via social media to find tenant leads is one thing, but using it as a method of screening, while it can have some benefits, can be misleading/can lead to incorrect info vetting; with social media profiles who's to say whether an account is run by the individual that the page purports to belong to?

I have alot to learn but that perception scared me.I dont think people overleveraging are ignorant or anything negative just havent experienced a reality...markets are cyclical.

I always tell people wait until that early spring time and stuff will be coming back on the market faster than you can imagine, you just have to hold tight and work with the seller's perception that spring is the time to list!
