So what if your goal keeps changing as new information comes in to you.I'd call that zeroing in on a target.If you can find someone older than you that is kind of sort of where you want to be try discussing your goals and strategy for hitting your goal with that person.It may shave a lot of dead ends off your path.Good Luck!
