Contrast the wall color.

The Cook County property taxes rose so much in the past 5 years, it just doesn't make sense for me to own any real estate there.

Every rental has the same paint color, carpet, countertops, doors, and etc.

You should paint with a color the same or lighter than the original aluminum.

I paint the walls with whatever my base color of my bedrooms/living area is along with a white ceiling.

Assessed values in my "hood" rose 23% this year.

My very first investment was silver at $5 in 1986, so perhaps that colors my view now.

i bought all of them, and mixed with buckets of cheap white paint to make nice soft lavenders and other colors...i had home depot intall the carpet and i threw a granite slab in..i even bought the appliances off of craigslist..i laid down some floating laminate in the kitchen and tile for the 2 baths...i spent maybe 2 or 3 days cleaning the place as well!

Everytime I tried to book a place they would tell us it's in the wrong color, we're full, or you need to upgrade your timeshare.
