Even if your home is not historic you might fluff a tad with some history, who designed it for example and to restore and up date this fine home it was relocated from its original site....might sound better at 200K.....I'm sure you will be good at the sale side of this, but it could be an issue.

I just seem to remember from a seminar i attented at TBREIA that those kind of debts "stick" with the individual differently than a car loan or other loan products; and can not as easily be handled by the credit repair/restoration programs.

Like New Hampshire, a lot of the housing stock in Cincinnati is going to be pre-turn of the century... so if restoring old homes is your thing, it's another tremendous asset to the city.
