No paper towels, no "flushable wipes", no dental floss, no hygiene products, no tee shirts (real example). 

It's been a little bit, but he's a solid guy who knows the markets and is local and can get you the right $ product. 

no argument from me.. but I think they do that to legitimize the company/loan product.

It can be a struggle to find those who offer adequate service, price, and quality.

I wonder if rent control laws will be easing anytime soon in this city - other than capping rent prices, I don't think they do anything to help improve the quality of rentals.

I personally think sevier county is one of the best areas in the country to invest in both now (if you pick the right product) and especially long term.

I have mine really nicely furnished with good quality furniture and high end finishes (quartz, stainless steel appliances). 

It still can attract quality tenants while cash flowing monthly.
