Do you belong to a pre-paid legal plan?

.- Venmo: probably similar risks to Google Wallet or Paypal- Cozy: allows tenants to pay with credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, etc.

In the future, I may ask to escrow only taxes; the insurance company is more than happy to debit only what it needs on a monthly basis via ACH.

Which is reasonable with fees and excepts all debit/credit/ACH payments?  

The total from the buyer was 5481.62 in various fees and prepaids.

@Brandon G.Closing Costs typically consist of an escrow fee, pro-rated taxes, pro-rated utilities, pre-paid HOA (if applicable), pre-paid insurance, buyer's title policy, lender's title policy, recording fees, attorney fees (if any), and any loan costs.

I have heard landlords getting the "Prepaid Legal" policies to cover them for tenant issues like this.  

We book it as a prepaid service and hold the monies in an escrow account.  

Would it be acceptable to ask for seller to pay for all or even just a portion of closing costs/prepaids?

Nowhere is it found on anything that says pre-paid interest.
