Once you pick one give it a serious dedicated effort, but if it's producing no fruit after several months you can always pivot and shift.

It depends on the safe harbor rule that the platform is using.  

As far as I know their is no platform that will stop a tenant from using their services.

Overall I think BP is a very well run company and one of my favorite platforms.#1 - Cash Flow Investing - is for novice investors.
