Make an offer that works, send it out, go to the next one, and next one and next one...Then you need a lawyer in place or a closing company what ever you use in your state, and signed contracts are sent over and they do the rest till closing...while they do the work your Acquisitions Manager is back at it doing walk troughs and getting contracts signed.Theory is super easy and simply and you tweak and fine tune your systems as you go.The challenge is hiring the right people.. and of course getting free highly motivated leads every day!

@Joe Splitrock I agree, you cannot use a "SMS Blast" to an audience without prior consent, but you are still allowed to send text messages as long as a human is manually hitting send on every outgoing message.
