If not in-person meetups or clubs, do you know of great online meetups?

I think these bigger cabins are getting sucked up by the normal demand and with the lack of new builds coming online. 

I'm in Austin and there is a online mattress showroom that I visited to try out different brands.

But I think that’s BS, can’t find the right information online supporting or denying this. 

Most places have online property search tools that will give you the owner's name and mailing address for free.

I need to put together an addendum speaking to the fact that the tank will be full upon their move-in date and they need to ensure it's full upon their departure — or the $ will be deducted from their security deposit.Does anyone have an example of an addendum they can share that speaks to this?
