Anybody have any ideas as to what type of property I should look for and what platform I should use to look for the property?

When someone tells me they have never used the platform I treat them well because I know they will never get this service at a hotel.

This platform is really great.

The knowledge and networking from this platform is wonderful.

The BP platform is great however, I am a visual learner; actual deals.

So to help accelerate my studies of real estate and my "platform" I have been in search of a mentor or rather a rich dad.
