To be quite honest, most the developers I've run into deserve the reputation dished out.Per the city,  you are absolutely right.  

You're unfortunately throwing every tax term into the same food processor, without explaining what dish you're cooking.

I use a shower caddy for the tenant to have a soap dish and shelf for shampoo and such.I've actually been able to remove them when I've had to get at the plumbing and, after cleaning the old glue of the back, glue them back up.

Hey Anthony,Yes the mid-term rent model runs much more like an Airbnb where you provide furniture, utilities, appliances and dishes. 

You will also want to provide some modern conveniences such as cable/dish TV, wi-fi, and perhaps a few large tables (for crews to study, update their manuals, lay out their charts, whatever).

I'm heading over after work to pick up all new stainless for my kitchen, range, top/bottom fridge/ micro and dish washer for 1,500. 

Had a big white satellite dish in the backyard in 1982, back before anyone else did.  

Stuff everywhere, can't see the floors, clothes thrown everywhere, dishes piled 2ft high in the sink, ect...... - that's not a real big deal but you cant tell them how to live.
