Arron, I am using RentRedi - super easy to set up and the money goes right to my account; I love it.

It cost us more money than we would have liked to have spent, but we were able to put a house on the market that we were proud of.

However, we've found that for the most part, shopping directly with these suppliers will save you so much money.

Where you really make your money in FL is in the appreciation.

I do think it is a good idea to take some money off the table when an asset runs up and diversify.  

This way, you can easily revisit details and pick up right where you left off.Avoid cutting corners to save money, as it often costs more in the end.
