I know the SLC/Utah market has blown up since COVID and may even be considered overpriced at the moment but just wanted to hop on here and see if anyone has any suggestions on areas that would make sense?

Going from LTR to STR though is an entirely different management experience for the owner/client and its rare someone wants to ADD work to their rental portfolio by making it actively managed.I figure your 107 units is at a single moment in time, right?

I don't have a rental property, but I'm trying to get my first at the moment.

The only thing that lacks for us at the moment is finding that way.

They are sitting ducks at the moment once my due dil is complete I plan to purchase the liens.

And just because you can't scale at the moment doesn't mean you should avoid one great investment.
