It caters toward med students but we recently had a nurse finish a six month contract with us.

I have one small unit in the med center here (first floor) and we initially thought travel nurses would be the target and we actually switched our focus to patients that needed longer term stays.

I hired a young couple to live with her, cook, clean make sure she takes meds, walk her to ballroom dance club wed and fri, to the chicken beach to swim, to the little home made ice cream shop ... all good until covid. 

Just my 2 cents: why don't you take that money and put it somewhere without a lot of legislation to wade through, who'd be happy to have your money, that isn't a overcrowded, over searched metro area with a lot of real estate inflation.For example: Rural town that just got a med school permit. 

I have a lot in Brookhaven (close to the Med Center) that I want to build 5 houses in.

Pearland is great due to its proximity to the med center.

Club Med charges a $100 membership fee for this reason. 

Are these repair costs via a PM for a med-high market typical?

Call me crazy but if you’ve got your **** together enough to get through med school or nursing school I trust you enough not to burn down my house 😂I don’t do a security deposit on any of my homes and I explain up front that should anything get wrecked they’re liable (never had an issue).
