I don’t think that is the majority of the statues. 

The state statues are not as specific though but I would assume NOLO doesn't make up the details.

Or is there any law in Oklahoma that allows for specific time, lke a statue of limitations from the previous owner to challenge the sale? 

Do not ever ever ever choose real marble.

They have you by the marbles with that agreement!!

And that because of this statue, people are using it as a loophole to get money + interest back from the government for things like the assessor property details not matching the house exactly.

If you want to go cheap but decent on the flooring, I would go with some kind of laminate or vinyl versus tile/marble/hardwood etc.

I prefer Granite and Marble mortar as it has from my experience exhibited exceptional bonding.
