Any other book recommendations are great, I just want to be able to have a conversation with those more experienced and not have them look down at me for being young and not real estate literate. 

If you literally redo all the connections, and do them properly and use plenty of no-ox then maybe that will be completely safe but if you’re redoing all the connections anyway it might make sense to just pull new wire at the same time.

I’ve owned in both A, B, & C areas & have friends who invest in literally every area you could imagine. 

It is a much better model than spending thousands of dollars literally reaching people who have no intention of selling their house.

It's become even less common lately because of how hot the market has become and because many buyers are flushed with cash and looking for a place to spend it.

He congratulated me to reaching 1,000 excavators sold for the first time in North America and I confessed that I was not sure if we would be able to repeat it next year, because we pulled it together with literally clawing, scratching and biting in th elast minute.

We have at least 2 rehabs under our belt but this house needs literally everything including some foundational repairs.  

The website literally had every zipcode in the city except the one my property is in.
