Underwriting Calculator for Midwest BRRRRs

Hello BP -

I am a REI lender and while I have underwrote hundreds of deals to meet my firms UW guidelines, I want to invest myself. Something I want to do, is a potential BRRRR on an SFR or 2-4 unit in the Midwest. I feel like there's some pretty cheap properties out there, and with financing involved I can get in the game for pretty minimal cash-out of pocket. My question is if anyone has an underwriting calculator they can provide or recommend to run deal analysis? Thanks in advance!
