hello, my name is josh and im 19 years old (young i know but i am so eager to start my career and get some experience)ive decided that i want to go into real estate and i would love to flip houses. my only problem is that i have absolutly no clue where to start. i have enrolled in a real esate course to get my licence and for the training, but other than that i am lost with no clue.any help is very much appreciated!

If the park has a Mobile home licence can we hookup a Trailer Home?

Doesn't each tenant that need to also rent unit on airBNB have to get compliant themselves also and get all the licences prescribed by the city?

The cut wire may require a licenced electrician registered with the code enforcement issue a permit and complete the fix to the wire assuming it is on your side of the weatherhead on the roof.  

I live in Wisconsin and I already know I'll be needing a License. Am I going to need one in any of the other surrounding states such as Illinois, Minnesota or Michigan?If so where would you recommend I start?

I've also considered taking the real estate agent licencing course as well but, haven't yet.  

do you know if  snake tech need to have a plumbing license ?

I've got my little house on 2250.I can apply for an Accessory Dwelling Unit permit- through zoning, getting a building permit and then I can be eligible for the rental licence.

Changing a faucet is plumbing but I'm quite sure a non-licenced handyman could legally do it.

In a lot of places "builders" aren't licenced either.
