You want homeowners, yes, but I suspect that the specific subset wouldn't be "investor focused" homeowners, it would be people that feel compelled by social justice or "doing the right thing" type motives to "do their part" to solve the housing crisis.

We are  committed to fair rent and a yearly  10% contribution back to social justice non- profit organizations throughout the city.

Was listed with an agent for 4 months and could not sell, partially because the pictures on the internet to not do the house any justice.

I didn't say it would be easier than the old ways, but it sure is better dealing with issues OUTSIDE the fences of the justice system!

@Jack Hou I know that Bigger Pockets likes to push for cash flow and tell us that appreciation is just icing on the cake.

I currently attend Wright State majoring in Accounting and Financial Services with a minor in Crime and Justice Studies, and I referee/umpire high school sports.

Appreciation for me is just icing on the cake and you cannot depend on it but only wish for it to happen.  

Beware all, better be good in Thermopolis, Wy. there's real justice there and you'll get nailed !
