LLC Operation agreement
I am currently creating an LLC which buys multi-houses in New Haven, Connecticut. We are committed to fair rent and a yearly 10% contribution back to social justice non- profit organizations throughout the city. This LLC consists of 4 other couples and silent partners. We are in the stage of developing an operational agreement. Does anyone have a template that can applied and/or a reputable lawyer? Any advice would be much appreciated.
