Intuitively, I hate to label people who live paycheck to paycheck that way.

IMO, it is counter intuitive to assert that rents follow value. 

Hello Everyone,I've been using Intuit Payment Network to collect rent for some months and loved it.

Our only daughter is in her second year at the University of Arkansas that costs her 14k a semester in tuition alone.  

Intuitively I believed that personal credit and finances do matter (how could they not after all?)

They specialize in an incredibly user intuitive experience. 

I know it seems counter-intuitive, but the thing you'd more likely be able to do is throw in your money with someone else's money and possibly even a HML to perform a flip.

I think it may be due to a bit of analysis paralysis but simultaneously it seems a bit counter intuitive to me to jump into a highly leveraged loan with only things I've read in books.  

I found it about 4 months ago before the developer started pushing to move the lots - we had lunch with him Friday and found out a month ago 2 other big duplex builders (these guys have built LOTS of duplexes over the years) - bought a big chunk of the lots left - so I was sold on my intuition this is a good place to go.
