Also, I recently read (contractor talk blog) cover-stain had better adherence than 123 and going white over dark cabinets might be a better choice anyway...both zinser brand.You can also use wood filler to fill cabinet handle holes and redrill holes lower for knobs....more time but a must in single family for eventual resale if handles are centered in door.

A traditional split system with an indoor air handler and a variable speed fan does an excellent job of removing humidity from living spaces (as evidenced by water in the condensation pan), but I always wonder if mini-splits do the same.
