We purchased 133.7 acres January 20th of 2024, we then proceeded to subdivide 4 building lots, ( two 10 acre lots,  and two 2 acre lots)  which included costs associated with septic testing,  survey & subdivision, and property maintenence required to market the building lots.

Not legal or tax advice, but I think every subject to purchase should include a wrap mortgage so that you create notes receivable income.

You can't get "clear title" until all leans are cleared, whichever way that happens SOMETIMES, but not frequently, the 1st and 2nd will combine and both will be included in the auction.

Including monthly obligations and who will pay them, etc.
