I've been so impressed with what I've seen that I decided to join.  

The homeowners are wanting to get out of the houses before the insurance money comes and some are under the impression that they can pocket the insurance money and give me the house.

But when you talk to him on the phone before hiring him, you can ask him if he agrees to give you verbally his subjective impression of the state of the property.

I do have a pre-qual letter, but I was getting the impression that the seller wanted to see POF from the HML - not sure. 

I was under the impression that this was illegal.

Every day I am more and more impressed and amazed with the people on BP.

So it is that most landlords prefer to do it that way, rather than it being legally required.The reasoning makes sense to me, I just hate to see new people given the impression something is legally required if it's not.

Based on the research I've done I was under the impression that the PM does run the show as you mentioned.

I haven't done any business with them yet, but I had a good first impression.

Sorry, but I am just being realistic....impression and emotion is everything.
