Both are for self starters, with less human interaction, but I do highly recommend everyone to actually start off on a team.

Having a place to live should be a human right, and you don't owe anything to someone who is profiting off of your basic needs.

Have a conversation with the individual (human), don't look at them as vermin to be removed.

You can never STOP a human being from damaging property, but clauses in your contract/lease can explain how it will be dealt with if damage occurs.
