Not listing the property has advantages: Start with no down payment and no interest, work your way up to a certain degree, if necessary.Never pay more than 5% down of agreed price.Interest is not advisable since the owner has to pay taxes on that income and just makes the deal less attractive.No realtor commissions.Immediate cash flow for both parties.No banks involved.Speed.
