With in regards to inspections, if you do enough inspections, make friendships with the inspectors and often they will let my handyman do the fixes day of and send pictures so I am not waiting the allocated 2 weeks for re-inspection. 

Before that, I was wandering around by myself in the desert, learning bit by bit, without a network of amazing people to lean on for advice, and ultimately do great deals with, borrow and lend funds, and most importantly, make some great friendships :)Shout Outs!

We have clients that are incredibly loyal and we’ve built great friendships with.

Often this leads to lost friendships and you "avoid" that person and their "parties". 

If others choose to give gifts to their tenants, I don't see how that signifies friendship.

I was curious to hear how people's investing has effected family/friendships/relationships, if at all?

ahhh, friendship is important but thats the craziness that drags other people down with them.

We've made some really great friendships in the group, and these people are also partners on our deals!

You may not get another chance so build a friendship for a few minutes and if it looks like they are willing to accept help then find out if they will call on speaker phone while there and request payoff.

If you want to remain friends with this person, please don't rely on the friendship alone to carry you through.
