@Mindy Jensen,You can probably see that yes, in some cases with certain notorious lenders, DoS does indeed get invoked.In general, however, experience seems to indicate that as long as the payments are being made many lenders will find "bigger fish to fry" which won't cost them as much to go after.As long as REIs resist the concept of building a business before trying to run it, this will continue to be a point of discussion, I'm sure.

Paint the stained subfloor areas with KILZ Complete or Zinsser B-I-N, mildew-resistant, oil-based primers and sealants that block odors and stains.I have used this technic on some of my rentals and it works well.

Hi sarah, while i do not have it in my rentals at the moment i plan to in the future, i have it currently in 4 rooms and the hallway of my current home, with 2 dogs, 2 kids and myself it has not faltered in 5 yrs so far, i believe if installed correctly it would knock out the price of floor fixes drastically, waterproof, scuff/scratch resistant/ appealing to the eye and affordable. love it. and like i said when i need to replace floors in my units it will definitely be going in !

I used to use epoxy but fusion is also very stain resistant and acrylic so easy to use....not cement based but it looks cement based.
