It's great for filling in the blanks between different sources of knowledge, but terrible as a full source of knowledge. 

Now in Vegas at our place there there is non discount it cost about 3 to 4X to fill up the Tesla there.

For example, we recently had 3 vacancies that we had to fill at once and some inquires slipped through the cracks since we advertise on multiple platforms.

The main lesson I learned was that if you have some experience you can pick the right property, in the right location, fill it with the right tenant and it can actually work out!

While yes it can easily be patched and mud back up, if your taking the time to hang new board, defeats the purpose when your filling holes and short cuttings with buckets of mud.

@Jason H. depends on the area, but I have noticed in the higher rent areas it's taking a bit longer to fill.
