One good thing about rentpayment.com is the tenants can pay at any moneygram location, so cash tenants can pay electronically just as easy.  

All I've done in electronic maintenance while I was in the Marine Corps.

I have a key lock box for showing vacant units and a safe inside with an electronic combination that I allow contractors to access.

Records are filed electronically and printed and put into a tenant's file.

Instead of it being a simple Vanguard electronic transaction, I get to build something and be a part of the investment.
