Kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing and electrical is already set up and you just have to have the tradesman do the hookups, theoretically.

This was an electrical fire and NOT the tenants fault.

What I've learned in the end is that these home inspectors are not skilled in communication and they treat a small issue equally with a crack in the foundation or faulty electric panel. 

I was told by my HVAC gut that the government was going to be requiring AC units to be butane based refrigerant replacing R410A so the prices were going up 10-15%. 

We are planning to move out and will leave the washer/dryer,side-by side refrigerator, sofa, entertainment center, beds, microwave, etc.

Also do I need an electrical inspection?
