I'll get that from the courthouse.I'll need the loan number of the mortgage wit US Bank, the GF may have this as she has been making payments, otherwise I will need the borrower's social security number forthe bank to lookit up as they probably won't give me the loan number at this point.I'm also going to need a Special Durable Power of Attorney from my inmate owner as he won't be showing up to do anything.

Consider adding something to your lease so everyone is clear on carpet and paint life expectancy and the definition of normal wear and tear.Additionally consider replacing the carpet with a truly washable and durable product.
