A little bit about me,  I just moved to Detroit downtown metro 3 months ago and I am inspired by Brandon's "90 Days Challenge".

We plan on buy a 5 bedroom house for around 250k within a 30 minute drive of downtown Charlotte. 

It's a happening spot that's close to downtown Denver.

Most of the downtown business has moved near this interstate and intersection including a Walmart.

Yeah, I've seen the multi-family units near the downtown Orlando area, and they are definitely nice, but I'm shooting to get my first house hack outside of that, unless I'm shown a property where the numbers work ;).

I’m looking to purchase a parking lot soon in a downtown area.

With it being a central location with easy access to downtown/airport/UofL, it's supportable.

Property is ideally located for tourism, walking distance to historic sites, a large park, several museums, public transit, and walkable to the downtown business district.Thanks!

Lili here, I am a first-time investor looking for a couple different things:1)  A house hack in or near the downtown area.2) Connections to real estate agents, contractors, etc. to start building a network and deciding on a strategy for my REI (wholesaling, BRRRR, etc.)I am a recent college grad (June 2018) with no debt, around ~$20k in savings, very low expenses, and I travel a good amount, so Airbnb can be an option as well.Any and all advice and recommendations are more than welcome!
