My company Trimline Builders LLC is usually a bit pricey for investors but I could recommend our subs flow king router and streib for plumbing and electrical. 

Personally I have lived inside without heat or plumbing for months. floorings plaint insulations those were things I bought weekly as I could afford them. 

Aaron, if the roof line(s) are straight then the foundation should be fine.if you turn the hot water on and the water is clean and strong then your plumbing may be OK.

That can include roof, water heater, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mold, rot, warped floor boards, bad foundation, termites, sink holes, fascinating animal occupants, bad reputations (that was a drug house or had a fire or was used for other things that I don't want to mention), and so on.
